His foundation in the trades began early, working alongside his father in the family flooring business, Carpet Resources. That hands-on experience developed his instinct for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
John is also a graduate of Arizona State University, adding a strong academic foundation to his practical, real-world experience.
Before returning to the trades, John spent nearly two decades in the IT industry, where he developed the organization, problem-solving, and communication skills that now benefit every client he works with.
He later re-entered the industry in a major way, working as a wholesale flooring representative with Masland Carpets & Flooring and then Stanton Carpet for five years. Collaborating closely with interior designers refined his eye for color, materials, and spatial flow.
John holds a real estate license and spent seven years helping buyers and sellers throughout the Valley. This experience gave him a sharp understanding of how renovations impact both livability and long-term home value.
He continued building his expertise at Four Peaks Flooring & Finishes, focusing on finish work and full-home renovations before launching All 12 Construction in October 2025.
Today, John brings together his background in flooring, design, real estate, and general contracting to serve as a trusted partner for homeowners, helping them create spaces that are functional, beautiful, and built to last.
