Why All 12?

Before the Blueprints,
There Were Costumes.
Long before Bobby Garland and John Gonzales were building homes across the Phoenix Valley, they worked together at Bobby McGee's — a legendary Scottsdale restaurant known for its costumed singing waiters, where every meal was as much a performance as it was a dining experience.
This was their 20s. This was where the friendship was forged — not in a boardroom, but in a dining room full of laughter, live music, and the kind of energy that only comes when a room full of people in costumes are doing everything in their power to give guests a night to remember.
The Question That Started Everything.
Here's how it worked: a guest would order their meal — say, a prime rib with a baked potato. The waiter would then walk through the potato toppings one by one: "Butter? Sour cream? Chives?" And if the guest wanted everything — butter, sour cream, and chives, plus bacon and cheese on top of that — they'd simply say: "All of it."
At Bobby McGee's, that complete order had a name. Butter, sour cream, and chives were the base. Bacon and cheese brought it to the full count. The whole thing — nothing left off, every topping on — was called All 12. A loaded baked potato. The complete order.
When Bobby and John launched their construction company years later, that phrase came back to them immediately. It wasn't just nostalgia — it was the right name. Because All 12 meant something then, and it means something now: you get everything. Nothing left out. The full effort, every time.
"Not nine out of twelve.
Not almost.
All 12."
The Standard That Followed Us Here.
Twenty years later, the costumes are gone. The restaurant is a memory. But that standard — the idea that when someone trusts you with something important, you show up with everything you have — that never left.
When Bobby and John founded All12 Construction in 2025, the name wasn't chosen for nostalgia alone. It was chosen because it means something. It is a daily reminder that every project, every client, every detail deserves the full effort. Not most of it. All of it.
That's the promise we made to each other when we started this company. And it's the promise we make to every client who invites us into their home.
